Do I pay online?

No. We quote the final fare, then take payment by card over the phone or via a secure airline link once you are happy with the itinerary.

How quickly will I hear back?

Enquiries sent during opening hours are answered within 30 minutes on average. Overnight enquiries are answered first thing.

Can you price multi-city and open-jaw trips?

Yes — flying into one city and home from another is one of our specialities, as are stopovers in the Gulf and Far East.

Do you handle groups and extra baggage?

We regularly ticket groups of 10+ and family bookings needing two or three checked bags per person.
